2014-12-04. Boko Haram and education in Nigeria
The situation in Nigeria is very serious, as the activity of the Sunni Wahhabi organization Boko Haram is increasing exponentially. The insecurity in Nigeria is evidenced by the statistics of July 2014: it was estimated that in 2013 the country had the highest number of victims worldwide from asymmetric operations, namely 3.477 victims in 146 attacks. The number is high for the fastest growing economy in West Africa.
