The Institute implements its mission and achieves its purpose through means, methods and capabilities such as:

• The research, study, analysis and timely proposal of appropriate actions and measures - on the issues of its purpose - through members or independent specialist analysts/researchers/scholars.
• The organization and execution of conferences, seminars, workshops, lectures, book presentations, etc. independently or in collaboration with government bodies, organizations and related institutions at home and abroad.
• Participation in research/studies/analysis collaborations with government agencies, the academic community, as well as related institutions at home and abroad.
• The promotion and promotion of national positions and issues through lectures, seminars, conferences, workshops, symposia, and announcements in the printed and electronic press.
• The publication and circulation of the magazine 'CONCERNS'.
• The development and updating of an electronic database and information (domestic and international bibliography and articles in print and electronic form).
• The creation and operation of other offices, in addition to the central ones, within or outside the Greek territory, when necessary.
