On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the Turkish invasion of Cyprus, the Hellenic Institute for Strategic Studies (ELISME) is organizing a Military History Conference on the topic:
"The operational dimension of the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974"
The Conference will take place on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the Armed Forces Officers' Club (Athens), from 09:00 to 18:00.
The keynote speaker will be Mr. Angelos Syrigos, former Minister and Professor at Panteion University.
