In a world that is changing very rapidly, the flow and management of information, specialized knowledge and the application of best practices are sine qua non and have particular value, importance and significance. The transitional period we are going through and the changing balances in the international economy are dragging along the policies and strategies of large and small states. Proposals for energy infrastructure and energy management. -Fundamental concepts, principles, methods and tools of Economics, Management, Marketing, Procurement, Engineering and Administrative Logistics, as well as their practical application in the modern market  Our Speakers!!!
