16/2/2017. DAY 3: UPDATE – DAY 4: UPDATE: SEMINAR: «Security & Defense Economics – Administrative, Engineering & Supportive Logistics»

The scheduled presentation of the topics of the third day within the framework of the Seminar program took place on Tuesday, 14/2/2017.

The Dialects: Vasilios Vrettos and Anastasios Bassaras

In a packed room, the speakers presented their topics with great success, a summary and general outline follows:

The comment of seminar participant Ms. Efrosini Boutsika (Electrical and Electronic Engineer at NTUA) is characteristic:

'It was an excellent presentation that even someone who had nothing to do with Logistics understood the hidden but colossal power behind what we simplistically call "proper preparation".
Therefore, proper preparation, the logistics of the uninterrupted provision – to the extent possible – of resources and services in any “business” decision is the central pillar for its success.
Excellent presentation with high-level content, in English and explanatory notes in Greek, while simultaneously covering modern technology.
Just as is done in presentations of research and technology products by large companies or scientific institutions.
But I fear that some - perhaps many - of the audience did not understand English, either because of the presentation, the sound level, or their weakness in the language.

My warmest congratulations to the presenters! It's a shame that some people were unable to attend the lectures due to the farmers' protests in Syntagma Square.
