powerful states will be restrained, tamed, controlled by the logic of their people, by the collective power of the dynamics hidden in the grandeur of partnerships, alliances, and agreements of all kinds of small (sometimes large but...) weak and powerless states that will decide to ensure their unhindered course, charting their historical path in this space of the universe. Because if the arrogant governmental patrons of the intelligent but ambitious inventors of the incalculably destructive potential of multiple and multiplying bombs are left completely free to plan and implement their ambitions, then it is almost certain that the

intelligent inventors will rush to discover the weapon of absolute destruction. And then our planet will turn into a vast desert… However, let us continue our analysis. We have so much interesting information to examine in depth and such a flood of facts to digest and process in their full scope, that it becomes necessary, right away, to… take action, leaving to… more relaxed times the directed (except for polite) literature and veiled gossip.
