The discovery of significant hydrocarbon deposits in the exclusive economic zones (EEZ) of Israel and Cyprus in recent years, as well as the expectation of discovering similar resources in the Greek EEZ, have created the conditions for a fruitful partnership between these three countries in the energy sector.
