TOPIC: Invitation to the Ordinary General Assembly, ELEP-Board Elections and Vasilopitas Cutting

Dear Members
The Board of Directors (BoD) of EL.I.S.M.E. in application of Article 14 of the current Statute,

Convenes
Its members at the 5th Ordinary General Assembly (AGA), which will take place on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 11.00:88 a.m. at the Institute's offices, 1 Patision Street, XNUMXst floor.

The agenda items are as follows:
-Report on administrative activities for the year 2019.
-Financial report for 2019 and Budget for 2020.
-Reading of the Audit Committee's (EL.EP.) Report on the management of the 2019 fiscal year.
-Release of the members of the Board of Directors and the ELEP from all liability.                                
-Discussion on issues after prior approval by the Board of Directors.
-Elections for the election of the members of the new Board of Directors and the new ELEP.

The traditional cutting ceremony of the Vasilopita cake will also take place on Thursday, February 13, 2020, at 17:30 PM.

The General Assembly will be in quorum if ¼ of the total number of voting members (members in good standing) are present, according to the Statute.

Members who wish to make a cash payment, in order to acquire the right to vote, are asked to arrive at least half an hour earlier (10.30).
