1/4/2017. DAY 9: UPDATE – DAY 10: UPDATE: SEMINAR: «Security & Defense Economics – Administrative, Engineering & Supportive Logistics»

The scheduled presentation of the topics of the ninth day within the framework of the Seminar program took place on Tuesday, 28/3/2017.

The Dialects: Panagiotis Skarvelis, Anastasios Bassaras and Achilleas Lelas

In a packed room, the speakers presented their topics with great success, a summary and general outline follows:

Student Elias Katsouras, Navy, pointed out:

In both sections of today's presentation, the speakers managed to present us with an admittedly complex and difficult topic, which was certainly understandable and accessible even to people with little experience in project management.
The analysis of all the techniques presented such as techniques for idea generation, SWOT, PERT, PEST, etc. may have been short (due to time pressure) in scope but it was comprehensive and in-depth.
The same applies to the Logistics Plans and Technical Reviews.
We learned how projects should be managed, and, most importantly, I believe, this knowledge can be an important basis for deepening the specific subject, for anyone who wishes, but also an important aid even in our personal lives.”
